Bakersfield, CA (November 26, 2020) – A motorcyclist was killed during a vehicle collision at the intersection of McCourry Street and Planz Road on Wednesday, November 25th.
According to police reports, at about 12:50 p.m., Steve Long Crisp, 52, was riding his motorcycle eastbound along Planz Road when he entered the McCourry Street intersection at the same time as another vehicle, causing the two vehicles to collide.
When first responders reported to the crash site to offer medical assistance, they pronounced Crisp dead at the scene.
In the meantime, no information has been released on the driver of the other vehicle.
This accident is currently under investigation by local law enforcement.
