Partner Gerald Agnew presented, “Using Depositions of Respondents and EMR to Prove the Case” at the Kaiser Seminar hosted by Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), on October 14, 2014 in San Francisco. Mr. Agnew explained that medical respondents’ depositions and electronic medical records can be key to obtaining a successful award.

CAOC is a professional organization comprised of more than 3,000 plaintiff attorneys who go above and beyond to obtain justice for their clients against powerful conglomerates. Also, with a heavy presence in Sacramento, CAOC advocates on behalf of consumers to ensure the court system is accessible to all.
