Green Meadows, CA (July 28, 2020) – A total of six people were injured during a two-vehicle accident that was reported on Monday night, July 27th. The accident happened at or near the intersection of East Century and South Avalon Boulevards in the Green Meadows neighborhood of South Los Angeles.
Authorities say that two vehicles collided in the 400 block of East Century Boulevard at approximately 7:41 p.m. The impact of the collision caused one of the vehicles involved to overturn and emergency crews were immediately dispatched to the scene.
Paramedics and firefighters arrived at the scene where they found at least six people injured. Four victims were transported to a local hospital with one in critical condition as the other two were treated at the scene. Neither the identities nor the conditions of the other three hospitalized parties were made available.
Authorities have not provided any further details as the events that led to this collision remain under investigation.
