Bicyclist “Doored”

Our client, Stephen X, 49 years old, was riding his bicycle in the City of Chino when a passenger of a parked vehicle suddenly opened the door right into the path of Stephen and his bicycle. Stephen suffered lacerations and contusions and was suffering from post concussion syndrome for approximately three months. We were able to settle Stephen’s case for the full policy limits applicable to the owner of the parked vehicle.
